Optical Coherent Tomography (OCT)

It's a non-contact, non-invasive and extremely reliable method to study the fine structure of retina and its abnormalities in diabetic retinopathy, retinal vein thrombosis, macular holes, epiretinal membranes and choroidal neovascularisation in age related macular degeneration. Vitreomacular traction and myopic macularpathy can also be studied with this method.
